Anders Almkvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After 18 minutes, Magne Löfgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eldsberga and the FC Gunpower players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Eldsberga's Anders Almkvist got control of the ball when Fredrik Wahlnäs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Magne Löfgren hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Nils Biörkman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Anders Almkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee gave Magne Löfgren a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Magne Löfgren kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Wahlnäs in the 46th minute of play forced Eldsberga's goalkeeper Anders Almkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anders Almkvist had great luck who in the 48thth minute grab hold of the ball when Fredrik Wahlnäs from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fredrik Wahlnäs made a kick off. Eldsberga's Anders Almkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Wahlnäs in the 53rd minute of play. With a little luck, FC Gunpower's Andréas Melander got control of the ball when Edwin Rosin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nils Biörkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fredrik Wahlnäs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils Biörkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Almkvist having to interfere. Edwin Rosin came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Andréas Melander could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Rosin got free with Andréas Melander in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Andréas Melander managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Eldsberga's Edwin Rosin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nils Biörkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Rosin got free with Andréas Melander in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Gunpower had won after a very even match.
