Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Adrian Lövskog made the kick off and thus started the match. BK Gallan's Kent Gerdberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zebastian Stålberg in the 9th minute of play. Folke Zander took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kent Gerdberg. Kent Gerdberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 15th minute of the match, Folke Zander got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kent Gerdberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kent Gerdberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Stålberg in the 17th minute of play. Folke Zander struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Kent Gerdberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vartofta. In the 23rd minute, Folke Zander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Lövskog in the 27th minute of play forced Vartofta's goalkeeper Torbjörn Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Zebastian Stålberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Gerdberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Johannes Sefastsson fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vartofta's protests and gave Johannes Sefastsson a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vartofta fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Adrian Lövskog managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Gallan's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Lövskog was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torbjörn Tunander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kent Gerdberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Stålberg in the 41st minute of the match. With a little luck, BK Gallan's Kent Gerdberg got control of the ball when Folke Zander tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zebastian Stålberg made a kick off. Folke Zander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Gerdberg having to interfere. In the 52nd match minute, BK Gallan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Dahlkvist to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 55 minutes, Zebastian Stålberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vartofta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zebastian Stålberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Folke Zander came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Vartofta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Folke Zander couldn't finish the play. Folke Zander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Folke Zander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gunnar Dahlkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Kent Gerdberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Stålberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the game, Adrian Lövskog recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Torbjörn Tunander. Adrian Lövskog showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Kent Gerdberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Stålberg in the 78th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Gunnar Dahlkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Gallan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vartofta the free kick. The supporters of Vartofta booed when BK Gallan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Dahlkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kasper Levander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Gerdberg having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of BK Gallan:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vartofta:s goal. Tor Samuelsson placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 87 minutes into the game, Folke Zander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Kent Gerdberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Folke Zander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folke Zander in the 95th minute of play forced BK Gallan's goalkeeper Kent Gerdberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BK Gallan's Kent Gerdberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Zander in the 98th minute of play. BK Gallan's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
