Mats Nordmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Åke Åberg in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Niclas Bryngelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Nordmark stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes Caspersson's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Johannes Caspersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mats Nordmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Lesjöfors RK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Niclas Bryngelsson hit a great ball. Jan-Åke Åberg succeeded in the game's 29th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Sivert Simonsson struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Viktor Skräddare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lesjöfors RK. In the 38th minute Sivert Simonsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Skräddare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Jan-Åke Åberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Åke Åberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mats Nordmark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Johannes Caspersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 minutes, Niclas Bryngelsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lesjöfors RK and the Real Madrid CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Lesjöfors RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niclas Bryngelsson to maneuver through the defense. Lesjöfors RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Knut Högberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sivert Simonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Lesjöfors RK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Real Madrid CF's performance. The match ended with a win for Real Madrid CF.
