Hilden Boyz's Mark Lindberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Collin in the 24th minute of play. Upphärad's Ove Collin got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Upphärad's Robin Fredriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christopher Lenberg in the 31st minute of play. Mark Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ove Collin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Hilden Boyz getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Kristian Hellström hit a great ball. Ove Collin struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Mark Lindberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Upphärad. After having played for 43 minutes, Ove Collin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Upphärad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ove Collin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mark Lindberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rutger Nordmark, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ove Collin to make the kick off. Rutger Nordmark's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mark Lindberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 53 minutes, Alf Heggert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hilden Boyz and the Upphärad players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd match minute, Hilden Boyz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Heggert to maneuver through the defense. Robin Fredriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Lenberg in the 57th minute of play. Robin Fredriksson came out of the goal and Christopher Lenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osvald Bergström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Douglas Vassenius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robin Fredriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvald Bergström in the 84th minute of play. Robin Fredriksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Lenberg in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Ove Collin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mark Lindberg. The goal made the score 0-1. The Upphärad supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Upphärad would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
