Jimmie Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yngve Nyberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute, Vilgot Strömbom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jimmie Löfgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After having played for 21 minutes, Yngve Nyberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crypto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yngve Nyberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Crypto FC's zone, Ludwig Persson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustav Pihlblad came out of the goal and Ludwig Persson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Crypto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ludwig Persson came free, but Gustav Pihlblad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Pihlblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Vallin, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd match minute, Crypto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torgny Deckbergh to maneuver through the defense. Rolfstorp IF's Ludwig Persson got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ludwig Persson struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Gustav Pihlblad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rolfstorp IF. Jimmie Löfgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yngve Nyberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Gustav Pihlblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göran Stenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Yngve Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmie Löfgren having to interfere. Yngve Nyberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Martin Tunander kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kim Hansson during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Yngve Nyberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustav Pihlblad was a little too slow when Ludwig Persson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-1. Ludwig Persson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Pihlblad having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
