Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ted Borre made the kick off and thus started the match. When Ted Borre came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the FC Fortitudine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Borre couldn't finish the play. Gottfrid Lund struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Henning Dahlquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kila IF. The supporters of Kila IF booed when FC Fortitudine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Eklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tor Arvidsson came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Kila IF fans jumped to their feet. In the 12thth minute of the game Alvin Damm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Fortitudine's Henning Dahlquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tor Arvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvin Damm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Dahlquist having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tor Arvidsson in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henning Dahlquist saved FC Fortitudine from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Kila IF's Alvin Damm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henning Dahlquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henning Dahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvin Damm in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Högberg during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in FC Fortitudine's zone, Tor Arvidsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henning Dahlquist came out of the goal and Tor Arvidsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alvin Damm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Fortitudine's zone, Tor Arvidsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henning Dahlquist came out of the goal and Tor Arvidsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alvin Damm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Henning Dahlquist managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Kila IF's Tor Arvidsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Kila IF defense, Emanuel Holmgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfons Christoffersson. The Kila IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfons Christoffersson should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvin Damm was the one to do the kick off. Henning Dahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvin Damm in the 52nd minute of play. Patrik Eklund hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Tor Arvidsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kila IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of FC Fortitudine booed when Kila IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gottfrid Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 played minutes Kila IF got a freekick which was hit by Alvin Damm. In the 61st minute, Kurt Svensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvin Damm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Helge Palmquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th match minute, Kila IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Bryngelsson to maneuver through the defense. Tor Arvidsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Henning Dahlquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Ola Östensson hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The long shot by Arvin Söderman in the 79th minute really tested Alfons Christoffersson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 84 minutes into the game, when Thomas Alebom put in a rough tackle. In the 89th play minute Emanuel Holmgren came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alfons Christoffersson. 1-2. FC Fortitudine's Henning Dahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einar Bryngelsson in the 96th minute of play. Chants of FC Fortitudine echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Kila IF had held the ball for most of the match.
