The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roy Josefsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dan Hellkvist made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Per-Oskar Sävström sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Gustavsson in the 20th minute of play forced Vilhelmina's goalkeeper Dan Hellkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilhelmina's Dan Hellkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Vilhelmina from getting a goal against them. Dan Gustavsson succeeded in the game's 26th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Jörgen Lundgren struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vilhelmina players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ljungsbro.
