Spectators: 7335 (Terracing: 5503, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 145) Valdemar Ahlberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd match minute, Newbinators was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erling Lindström to maneuver through the defense. After 7 played minutes Newbinators got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Hökqvist. If Ingvar Dahlman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute Ingvar Dahlman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Påk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åke Sörman charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Åke Sörman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rickard Påk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Ahlberg in the 17th minute of play. Sven-Åke Berglund was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. Newbinatorss' Marko Arenstedt made a terrific save as he just managed to stop Malcolm Klints penalty just before it crossed the line at his left post. Rickard Påk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Dahlman, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Ahlberg in the 28th minute of play forced Newbinators's goalkeeper Rickard Påk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Örsjö IF fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Örsjö IF's Valdemar Ahlberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 38th match minute, Newbinators was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malcolm Klint to maneuver through the defense. Rickard Påk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Ahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Valdemar Ahlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Örsjö IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdemar Ahlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Arne Tunberg to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Örsjö IF getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Edwin Andersson hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the game, Valdemar Ahlberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rickard Påk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ingvar Dahlman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Rickard Påk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Edwin Andersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marko Arenstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Arne Tunberg in the 65th minute of play. After 72nd play minutes Valdemar Ahlberg shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Rickard Påk and just under the crossbar into goal. David Blomquist's shot from long distance in the 76th minute was not bad at all, but Newbinators's Rickard Påk knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Ingvar Dahlman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. Örsjö IF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ingvar Dahlman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Påk having to interfere. Marko Arenstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Olof Pihlwall in the 81st minute of play. Marko Arenstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Olof Pihlwall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdemar Ahlbergs short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Rickard Påk to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ingvar Dahlman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Påk having to interfere. When Valdemar Ahlberg came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Örsjö IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdemar Ahlberg couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the game, Åke Sörman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Marko Arenstedt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Örsjö IF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
