Melker Anundsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Edwin Bagge dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bo Bokelund, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Melker Anundsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bo Bokelund was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The supporters of Evlinge Stars booed when J20 STARS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Alén didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Evlinge Stars's Melker Anundsson fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Melker Anundsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bo Bokelund made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Melker Anundsson sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 38 minutes, Melker Anundsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Evlinge Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Anundsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evlinge Stars's Harry Ström got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rdth minute of the game Melker Anundsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but J20 STARS's Bo Bokelund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 48th minute, Jarl Alén left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The J20 STARS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melker Anundsson was the one to do the kick off. Evlinge Stars's Harry Ström got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Harry Ström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Bo Bokelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melker Anundsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Melker Anundsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bo Bokelund was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Melker Anundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Bokelund having to interfere. In the 96th match minute, J20 STARS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Stenman to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Evlinge Stars had played much better football throughout.
