Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 9 minutes into the game, Asante IF's Andreas Wahlnäs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan Asserlindh made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ludvig Paulin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Jan Asserlindh 13 minutes into the match. If Bo Felin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 minutes, Mathias Ekelund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Asante IF and the Juvemil FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Asante IF got a freekick which was hit by Ludvig Paulin. 33 minutes into the game, Paul Söderberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan Asserlindh. Paul Söderberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Sven-Olof Blomkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Andreas Wahlnäs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jan Asserlindh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Juvemil FK's goalkeeper Jan Asserlindh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Olof Blomkvist. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wiktor Sjöberg made a kick off. Torbjörn Brogren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Aleksander Sjöström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Juvemil FK booed when Asante IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Felin didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Wahlnäs in the 60th minute of play forced Juvemil FK's goalkeeper Jan Asserlindh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Asserlindh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Wahlnäs in the 65th minute of play. Sven-Olof Blomkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Asserlindh having to interfere. Jan Asserlindh came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Asante IF's Sven-Olof Blomkvist. But to his dismay, Sven-Olof Blomkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Andreas Wahlnäs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jan Asserlindh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Juvemil FK getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Alexander Söder hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Asante IF's Ingemar Pilgren tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Asante IF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
