Spectators: 7217 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabian Ivarsson started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Sorsele getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Gunnar Fors hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bo Hansson during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes Kungsbacka United got a freekick which was hit by Bo Hansson. Nils Mager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Flinck having to interfere. After having played for 14 minutes, Birger Blomquist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorsele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birger Blomquist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sorsele's Pål Nordstedt got a free kick in the 16th minute. Ingvar Flinck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charlie Fransson in the 23rd minute. If Nils Mager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Ivarsson in the 35th minute of play forced Kungsbacka United's goalkeeper Arne Njurenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Ivarsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Njurenius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 44th minute Fabian Ivarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Njurenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45thth minute of the game Birger Blomquist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kungsbacka United's Arne Njurenius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Börje Aspengren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Nils Mager made the kick off in the second half. If Charlie Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Ivarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Arne Njurenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kungsbacka United's Charlie Fransson got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Nils Mager, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 64 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ingvar Flinck was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Börje Aspengren came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Kungsbacka United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börje Aspengren couldn't finish the play. Charlie Fransson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabian Ivarsson in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arne Njurenius, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nils Mager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Flinck having to interfere. If Charlie Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kungsbacka United's Nils Mager in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sorsele's goalie prevented a goal. In the 91st minute of the match, Fabian Ivarsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arne Njurenius saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nils Mager received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ingvar Flinck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birger Blomquist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arne Njurenius came out and tried to block the shot, but Birger Blomquist slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sorsele had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
