Svinninge BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ljungskile IFK the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Svinninge BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ljungskile IFK:s goal. Jimmie Gråberg went to the wrong direction when Anders Persson was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 5 played minutes Svinninge BK got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Törnblom. Jon Stensson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimmie Gråberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Peter Målare took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimmie Gråberg. Jimmie Gråberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With his leg Jimmie Gråberg managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Ljungskile IFK's Anders Persson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 19th minute, Peter Målare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Svinninge BK's Jimmie Gråberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Svinninge BK from getting a goal against them. When Ove Stenqvist came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Ljungskile IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ove Stenqvist couldn't finish the play. If Anders Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the match, Ove Stenqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jimmie Gråberg, 2-0. After some careless play in the Svinninge BK defense, Anders Persson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimmie Gråberg. The Svinninge BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimmie Gråberg should have stopped the shot. Anders Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jimmie Gråberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ove Stenqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Svinninge BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Anders Persson scored to the left of an out of position Jimmie Gråberg, making the score, 4-0. In the 46th match minute, Svinninge BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Nord to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niklas Åström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Svinninge BK's Anthon Bollström got a free kick in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, Ljungskile IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Dalström came free, but Kaj Lilja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svinninge BK's Jimmie Gråberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Stenqvist in the 56th minute of play. When Niklas Åström came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Svinninge BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Åström couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Peter Målare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon Stensson in the 66th minute of play forced Svinninge BK's goalkeeper Jimmie Gråberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Stenqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anders Persson in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jimmie Gråberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Svinninge BK getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Per Bergstedt hit a great ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Anders Persson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ljungskile IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anders Persson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Ljungskile IFK were the better team. Ljungskile IFK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
