A beautiful save bye Urshult's goalie prevented a goal. Isac Västerstrand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Karl Skräddare made a huge save. When Bertil Strömberg came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Urshult fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertil Strömberg couldn't finish the play. Bertil Strömberg struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Karl Skräddare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urshult. Allan Hellgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Pål Frisck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute Bertil Strömberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Skräddare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Björndammens BK getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Alvar Drewitz hit a great ball. In the 20th minute of the match Peter Holmgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl Skräddare skillfully saved the ball. In the 21stth minute of the game Bertil Strömberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Björndammens BK's Karl Skräddare was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lennart Nordgren hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Karl Skräddare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 23rd minute of the match Alvar Drewitz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alvar Drewitz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Björndammens BK's Alvar Drewitz got a free kick in the 24th minute. Karl Skräddare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Strömberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Karl Skräddare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Strömberg in the 36th minute of play. A hard shot 41 in the game by Isac Västerstrand from a close distance when the talented Karl Skräddare managed to make a qualified save. Björndammens BK's players were relieved. Olov Ahlqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pål Frisck having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olov Ahlqvist was the one to do the kick off. Karl Skräddare dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 57th minute, Isac Västerstrand left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Urshult fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Olov Ahlqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Pål Frisck made a huge save. Björndammens BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bertil Strömberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 90 minutes into the match, Urshult's Bertil Strömberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl Skräddare narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Björndammens BK's Karl Skräddare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Strömberg in the 93rd minute of play.
