After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Isac Svensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. zemaitijoss siaubai's supporters rose to their feet, but Isac Svensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urban Lundin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Brovall in the 11th minute of play forced Bro IFK's goalkeeper Urban Lundin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Sven-Ove Lindqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isac Svensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ian Blomqvist fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bro IFK's protests and gave Ian Blomqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Ian Blomqvist hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, zemaitijoss siaubai's Isac Svensson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urban Lundin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35th minute Gunnar Brovall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Bäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isac Svensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Urban Lundin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isac Svensson ran back to his position shaking his head. 42 minutes into the match, Bro IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Hamberg came free, but Urban Lundin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Bro IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Edvin Asmundsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 45thth minute of the game Ted Hamberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bro IFK's Urban Lundin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Bro IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Svensson came free, but Urban Lundin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isac Svensson to make the kick off. The supporters of zemaitijoss siaubai booed when Bro IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Ove Lindqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Erik Norström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Urban Lundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Manfred Brovall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. zemaitijoss siaubai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manfred Brovall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd match minute, zemaitijoss siaubai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Öman to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Ove Lindqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrik Bäck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Ove Lindqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. After 69 played minutes, zemaitijoss siaubai's Vilhelm Enström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Urban Lundin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Isac Svensson struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Urban Lundin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for zemaitijoss siaubai. Urban Lundin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isac Svensson in the 82nd minute of the match. Vilhelm Enström hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The supporters of zemaitijoss siaubai booed when Bro IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Magnusson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isac Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ted Hamberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urban Lundin having to interfere. If Isac Svensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bro IFK's Emil Hellkvist got a free kick in the 95th minute.
