Stig Sefastsson struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Bo Mellberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kabul Santos. 19 minutes into the game, Elliott Mogren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kabul Santos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muskö FF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kabul Santos's Elliott Mogren got a free kick in the 20th minute. Jens-Ola Wester stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Johan Sillén's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 27th minute, Karl-Johan Sillén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Elliott Mogren was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 29 minutes had been played. Jens-Ola Wester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Rolfsson in the 31st minute of play. Jonny Rolfsson scored 0-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Ola Wester, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Orvar Collin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Muskö FF's zone, Stig Sefastsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bo Mellberg came out of the goal and Stig Sefastsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Muskö FF's goalkeeper Bo Mellberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bo Mellberg made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Nils-Åke Kilstedt sent off a good shot on target. Stig Sefastsson hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orvar Collin in the 46th minute of play forced Kabul Santos's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Wester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Muskö FF's Jonny Rolfsson got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Johan Sillén stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Kabul Santos's goalie and right to Patrik Kjellberg. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Kabul Santos's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Jens-Ola Wester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Johan Sillén, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 66th minute, Karl-Johan Sillén fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jonny Rolfsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jens-Ola Wester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Kabul Santos's Jens-Ola Wester got control of the ball when Jonny Rolfsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Kabul Santos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Ekerot to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Kabul Santos's zone, Jonny Rolfsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ola Wester came out of the goal and Jonny Rolfsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Jonny Rolfsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muskö FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orvar Collin during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Orvar Collin hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Sefastsson in the 90th minute of play forced Muskö FF's goalkeeper Bo Mellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Muskö FF's Sigvard Tham got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 96 minutes into the match, Muskö FF's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Sefastsson came free, but Bo Mellberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Muskö FF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
