Ytterby's Emanuel Strömbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Ytterby from getting a goal against them. Jerry Brogren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olof Åkerberg's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. A collision led to Vålådalen getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Josef Kling hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henric Pedersson in the 16th minute of play forced Vålådalen's goalkeeper Jerry Brogren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gert Nordström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Strömbom having to interfere. Emanuel Strömbom was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Gert Nordström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gert Nordström really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Sven-Edvin Hjälm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute, Gert Nordström fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 39 minutes into the match, Ytterby's goalkeeper Emanuel Strömbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Edvin Hjälm. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ytterby's goalkeeper Emanuel Strömbom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Olof Åkerberg came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Ytterby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olof Åkerberg couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute, Josef Kling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Jerry Brogren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Åkerberg in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Vålådalen's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Olof Åkerberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jerry Brogren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Åkerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Strömbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Nordström in the 66th minute of the match. Emanuel Strömbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gert Nordström, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 71stth minute of the game Sven-Edvin Hjälm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ytterby's Emanuel Strömbom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emanuel Strömbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Hjälm in the 74th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gert Nordström in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Strömbom saved Ytterby from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Henrik Tunström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Strömbom didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gert Nordström went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. If Sven-Edvin Hjälm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vålådalen had won after a very even match.
