Baggetorps IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathias Ersman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 41 minutes into the game, Kalle Fransson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borås BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baggetorps IF the free kick. In the 41st match minute, Borås BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kalle Fransson to maneuver through the defense. When Ingvar Söderqwist came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Borås BK fans jumped to their feet. After 86 played minutes Baggetorps IF got a freekick which was hit by Fredric Målare. If Ingvar Söderqwist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Ersman in the 95th minute of play forced Baggetorps IF's goalkeeper Torsten Snell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Borås BK fully deserved thier win.
