When FC Gräddhyllan's Malte Salqvist in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skarpnäck's goalie prevented a goal. Jonas Fagerberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jens-Åke Pihlblad's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Malte Salqvist in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Fagerberg saved Skarpnäck from getting behind. Skarpnäck's Melker Ros got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Fagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malte Salqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Skarpnäck's zone, Malte Salqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Fagerberg came out of the goal and Malte Salqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, FC Gräddhyllan's goalkeeper Linus Lööf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melker Ros. A collision led to FC Gräddhyllan getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jens-Åke Pihlblad hit a great ball. Jonas Fagerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Åke Pihlblad in the 30th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Jens-Åke Pihlblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Fagerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Jens-Åke Pihlblad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Fagerberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Linus Lööf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Åke Bolin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Malte Salqvist to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Skarpnäck's goalkeeper Jonas Fagerberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Skarpnäck's Jonas Fagerberg got control of the ball when Malte Salqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven Pederssons short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Jonas Fagerberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 57th minute, Malte Salqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 59 in the game by Jens-Åke Pihlblad from a close distance when the talented Jonas Fagerberg managed to make a qualified save. Skarpnäck's players were relieved. In the 67th minute Jörn Olenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Lööf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Jens-Åke Pihlblad lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Jonas Fagerberg. Malte Salqvist was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jonas Fagerberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens-Åke Pihlblad went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute Arne Berggren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Fagerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Fagerberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Malte Salqvist in the 95th minute. Malte Salqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Jonas Fagerberg made a huge save. The Skarpnäck fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Gräddhyllan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
