Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kasper Olsmann started the match with the kick off. When Vidar Haegg fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Motala's protests and gave Vidar Haegg a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Motala fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Bad Boys. Karl Nordlund stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sven-Arne Strömberg. 0-1. Bad Boys's Konrad Zachrisson got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sven-Arne Strömberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kasper Olsmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 19th minute, Konrad Zachrisson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Arne Strömberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 24th minute Kasper Olsmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Alfred Melander got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 27 minutes, Maximilian Drake managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Motala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximilian Drake was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Kasper Olsmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maximilian Drake's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thor Godholm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Konrad Zachrisson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maximilian Drake to make the kick off. In the 60th minute Kasper Olsmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute Alfred Melander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thor Godholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Sören Bergendahl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Thor Godholm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Maximilian Drake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kasper Olsmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Arne Strömberg having to interfere. The supporters of Bad Boys booed when Motala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Hegg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Kasper Olsmann fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alfred Melander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Konrad Zachrisson got free with Sven-Arne Strömberg in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Bad Boys booed when Motala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sören Bergendahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Karl Nordlund in the 92nd minute really tested Sven-Arne Strömberg's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With an all-out effort, Bad Boys's Sven-Arne Strömberg threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kasper Olsmann, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Kasper Olsmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
