Axel Asplund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kent Västerstrand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. If Kasper Deckbergh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, JIKKIKAY's Jens-Åke Björkqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rickard Samuelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 25 played minutes JIKKIKAY got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Berglund. Kasper Deckbergh succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Jens-Åke Björkqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Samuelsson having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Torbjörn Majman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per Eckegren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rickard Samuelsson. Huddungeby's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jens-Åke Björkqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Rickard Samuelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the JIKKIKAY players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
