Marc Hedvall hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Ambjörby's Albin Tönnberg got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sven-Arne Mårtensson came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Ambjörby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Arne Mårtensson couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Abisko's zone, Sven-Arne Mårtensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesper Örn came out of the goal and Sven-Arne Mårtensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesper Örn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Tönnberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Jesper Örn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Arne Mårtensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Abisko getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Marc Hedvall hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ambjörby's Arvin Grönlund tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, Ambjörby's Sven-Arne Mårtensson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jesper Örn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, Abisko's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Arne Mårtensson came free, but Jesper Örn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Arne Mårtensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jesper Örn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marc Hedvall was shown his second yellow card after 40 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Ambjörby booed when Abisko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc Hedvall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambjörby's Arvin Grönlund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jesper Örn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Hugo Bergfelt made the kick off in the second half. Hugo Bergfelt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ambjörby booed when Abisko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Godholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arvin Grönlund was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 64th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Sven-Arne Mårtensson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesper Örn. Abisko's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sven-Arne Mårtensson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Abisko's Jesper Örn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Abisko from getting a goal against them. After 72 minutes, Viktor Henriksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abisko and the Ambjörby players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Abisko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Henriksson to maneuver through the defense. Jesper Örn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Arne Mårtensson in the 75th minute. In the 82nd minute of the match Mattias Högberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jesper Örn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Albin Tönnberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jesper Örn. That made the score 0-4 in the 84 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan-Åke Rosen got free with Jesper Örn in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 90 played minutes Abisko got a freekick which was hit by Aron Målare. In the 93rd minute, Albin Tönnberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Abisko's Jesper Örn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Abisko from getting a goal against them. Ambjörby's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
