André Apelquist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. After 18 played minutes, Degerhamn's Leif Wästerberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arman Tingberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arman Tingberg came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Degerhamn's Sonny Käller. But to his dismay, Sonny Käller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sonny Käller was the one to do the kick off. Filiph Dahlquist's late challenge caught a Degerhamn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiph Dahlquist helped the player get up and apologised. Sonny Käller succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 57th playminute. After 72 minutes of play, Degerhamn's Emanuel Harman made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arman Tingberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Malcolm Back took a quick shot and it went in 1-8 without a chance for Arman Tingberg to make any attempt to save it. Arman Tingberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Käller in the 82nd minute of play. Arman Tingberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jon Magnusson went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. Arman Tingberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Käller in the 87th minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Jon Magnusson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Degerhamn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jon Magnusson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sonny Käller who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Arman Tingberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sonny Käller in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arman Tingberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes into the game, Rolf Rolandsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grönahög FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Degerhamn the free kick. Rolf Rolandsson hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Jens-Åke Tillman shot from long distance in the 96th minute, but Arman Tingberg was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. The Grönahög FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Degerhamn were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
