Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eddie Smedfeldt kicked off to start the match. Forsbacka's Nicklas Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Andreasson in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bjurholm BK's Kristian Berg got a free kick in the 14th minute. Douglas Österberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Nicklas Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Bjurholm BK got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Erik Andreasson. After 28 minutes, Manfred Dahlbom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forsbacka and the Bjurholm BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Forsbacka's Manfred Dahlbom got a free kick in the 29th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Einar Finman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Bo Moberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicklas Jonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Andreasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Forsbacka getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Erik Strömberg hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Forsbacka's zone, Jan-Erik Andreasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicklas Jonsson came out of the goal and Jan-Erik Andreasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
In the 57th minute, Eddie Smedfeldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bengt Gustavsson's late challenge caught a Bjurholm BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bengt Gustavsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Forsbacka's Bengt Gustavsson got a free kick in the 60th minute. Nicklas Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Österberg in the 63rd minute of the match. If Einar Finman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute Douglas Österberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicklas Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jim Jelm's late challenge caught a Forsbacka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jim Jelm helped the player get up and apologised. Bo Moberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Einar Finman, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Eddie Smedfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Einar Finman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Forsbacka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Forsbacka's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
