Birger Lindgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Elias Sandberg made a huge save. A collision led to Stureby getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Elof Carlsson hit a great ball. If Viktor Anundsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 minutes, Viktor Anundsson made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bromma IP's Jimmy Engman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Birger Lindgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bromma IP's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Lindgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Sandberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilhelm Thedin spun around in front of the goal 27 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Stureby's goal. In the 32nd minute, Kevin Lundgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viktor Anundsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. George Gunnarsson scored 3-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimmy Engman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Birger Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The supporters of Stureby booed when Bromma IP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Hallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Holger Arvidsson made a great header on Stureby's corner, it was just that Bromma IP's Jimmy Engman managed to reach the ball for a save. Elias Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Lindgren in the 76th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bromma IP's zone, Elof Carlsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimmy Engman came out of the goal and Elof Carlsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bromma IP's Jimmy Engman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Bromma IP from getting a goal against them. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
