Obeh Fc's Norberto Cucao was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 5th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Norberto Cucao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Magnus Sander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the Obeh Fc defense, Alvar Nordström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saverio Cristofor. The Obeh Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saverio Cristofor should have stopped the shot. Saverio Cristofor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Kullgren in the 19th minute of play. Obeh Fc's Saverio Cristofor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Kullgren in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Alf Kullgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Överturingen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alf Kullgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saverio Cristofor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Arne Isaksson in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Överturingen booed when Obeh Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Maureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Alf Kullgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Överturingen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alf Kullgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl-Magnus Sander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norberto Cucao's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kåre Rosendal during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Obeh Fc's zone, Per-Arne Isaksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saverio Cristofor came out of the goal and Per-Arne Isaksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute Svante Smefeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Cristofor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Obeh Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Alvar Nordström came free, but Saverio Cristofor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Överturingen got a freekick which was hit by Alvar Nordström. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Saverio Cristofor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Arne Isaksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute of the match, Per-Arne Isaksson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Saverio Cristofor saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Obeh Fc defense, Alf Kullgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saverio Cristofor. Alf Kullgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Cristofor having to interfere. Torsten Skager hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The long shot by Jens-Åke Anundsson in the 93rd minute really tested Saverio Cristofor's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
