An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Alebäck in the 12th minute of play forced FC Klågerup's goalkeeper Olof Bagge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Måns Åkesson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olof Bagge was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Olof Bagge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Måns Åkesson in the 18th minute of the match. Ingvar Alebäck hit a great ball. FC Klågerup's Olof Bagge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Måns Åkesson in the 31st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Ingvar Alebäck put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Olof Bagge. In the 36th match minute, Sälen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Åström to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Michael Larsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Måns Åkesson in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olof Bagge saved FC Klågerup from getting behind. Ingvar Alebäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Olof Bagge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viggo Allbom to strike the kick off in the second half. Olof Bagge was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ingvar Alebäck showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 54 minute of play. Ingvar Alebäck might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olof Bagge. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ingvar Alebäck ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Måns Åkesson in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olof Bagge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 65 minutes into the match, FC Klågerup's goal looked a bit too open when Måns Åkesson came free, but Olof Bagge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Ingvar Alebäck recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Olof Bagge. Ingvar Alebäck showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Viggo Allbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Falk having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Karl-Michael Larsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charlie Falk was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Ingvar Alebäck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olof Bagge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Olof Bagge made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Ingvar Alebäck sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingvar Alebäck got free with Olof Bagge in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olof Bagge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Måns Åkesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Ingvar Alebäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute Måns Åkesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olof Bagge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sälen's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
