The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Christian Bergqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Kihlberg in the 7th minute of play forced Eringsboda FF's goalkeeper Nils Kullander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elof Gabrielsson got free with Nils Kullander in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Magnus Kihlberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Nils Kullander to make any attempt to save it. Nils Kullander made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Elof Gabrielsson sent off a good shot on target. After 34 played minutes Magnus Kihlberg rounded Eringsboda FF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Magnus Kihlberg struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Nils Kullander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hagfors FK. 43 minutes into the match, Eringsboda FF's goalkeeper Nils Kullander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elof Gabrielsson. Nils Kullander came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Hagfors FK's Fredric Bryngelsson. But to his dismay, Fredric Bryngelsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Charles Dalman made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Charles Dalman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eringsboda FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charles Dalman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hagfors FK's Oliver Bergkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Hagfors FK from getting a goal against them. Elof Gabrielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Bergkvist was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Charles Dalman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Charles Dalman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. In the 74th minute, Elof Gabrielsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The attack was good, but when Magnus Kihlberg in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Charles Dalman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Bergkvist having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Magnus Kihlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Elof Gabrielsson came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Hagfors FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elof Gabrielsson couldn't finish the play. In the 88th match minute, Hagfors FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Snell to maneuver through the defense. Eringsboda FF's Nils Kullander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Kihlberg in the 93rd minute of play. Magnus Kihlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Kullander having to interfere. Elof Gabrielsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Nils Kullander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Hagfors FK were the better team. Hagfors FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
