The Danlaren fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dag Ekenberg should have stopped the shot. Danlaren's Dag Ekenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Ålberg in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Bjärred BK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Folke Britz hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, Bjärred BK's goalkeeper Göran Andersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Simonsson. Göran Andersson was a little too slow when Joel Simonsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-1. When Joel Simonsson came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Danlaren fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Simonsson couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, one of Bjärred BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bjärred BK. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximilian Fransson was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bjärred BK's zone, Joel Simonsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Göran Andersson came out of the goal and Joel Simonsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximilian Fransson struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Göran Andersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Danlaren. When Maximilian Fransson came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Danlaren fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximilian Fransson couldn't finish the play. Maximilian Fransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Göran Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Danlaren's Dag Ekenberg got control of the ball when Ludvig Ingvall tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Danlaren's Einar Arenberg got a free kick in the 83rd minute. With 93 minutes on the clock, Folke Britz commited a dangerous tackle. Danlaren's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
