Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gert Lövgren to make the kick off. The AIF Nacka fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when AIF Nacka's Bengt Valström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bengt Valström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Staffan Unesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gert Lövgren scored 3-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Staffan Unesson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hans Henriksson during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. AIF Nacka's Gert Lövgren got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of AIF Nacka booed when Brottby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henric Ekström didn't get a good kick on the ball.
