Spectators: 7226 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dag Vibjörnsson got the match started through his kick off. When Robert Melin came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Renströms FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Melin couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute, Rosenfors's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Robert Melin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dag Vibjörnsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dag Vibjörnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Bengtsson having to interfere. Olle Lööf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Renströms FF's Robert Melin got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Robert Melin made a precise shot to the right of André Svensson. Rosenfors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Stefan Bengtsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Wickander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renströms FF's Stefan Bengtsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Vibjörnsson in the 46th minute of play. When Örjan Viklund fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Renströms FF's protests and gave Örjan Viklund a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, Renströms FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Örjan Viklund to maneuver through the defense. Ted Wickander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Stefan Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Rosenfors's André Svensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Melin in the 54th minute of play. Renströms FF's Robert Melin got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dag Vibjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Svensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olle Lööf in the 69th minute of the match. Robert Melin's late challenge caught a Rosenfors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Melin helped the player get up and apologised. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Stefan Bengtsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Robert Melin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Svensson having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Melin in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Svensson saved Rosenfors from getting behind.
