Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jonas Fagerberg got the match started through his kick off. Sixten Sundström hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Vätö BK's Samuel Bergkvist couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ljusterö. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ljusterö's goalkeeper Kaj Eklund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kaj Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Sandberg in the 18th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Ljusterö defense, Konrad Sandberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaj Eklund. The Ljusterö fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaj Eklund should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Mats Joensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robert Smedfeldt was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Freddie Eriksson hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Nils-Emil Ennegren kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Björn Jonsson took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Kaj Eklund to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Vätö BK's Ingvar Henriksson got a free kick in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ljusterö's zone, Björn Jonsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaj Eklund came out of the goal and Björn Jonsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Björn Jonsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Kaj Eklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Konrad Sandberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Sven Termander took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Robert Smedfeldt to make any attempt to save it. Konrad Sandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Björn Jonsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kaj Eklund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Björn Jonsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Björn Jonsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaj Eklund having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Mats Joensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ljusterö's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mats Joensson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Ljusterö booed when Vätö BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Emil Ennegren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mats Joensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaj Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Nyberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Konrad Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Kaj Eklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Björn Jonsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaj Eklund having to interfere. Björn Jonsson took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kaj Eklund. Kaj Eklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1.
