After 41 played minutes Jonas Hääger rounded Vinterhagens IF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Jörgen Tillman made the kick off in the second half. Jimmie Kaxe came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and John Billström could save by the left post. Jonas Hääger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute Jörgen Tillman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Billström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Höviksnäs's John Billström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Tillman in the 64th minute of play. Vinterhagens IF's Jörgen Tillman got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fredrik Springfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Hääger in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Jörgen Tillman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Jörgen Tillman came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Vinterhagens IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jörgen Tillman couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Höviksnäs defense, Jimmie Kaxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Billström. The Höviksnäs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Billström should have stopped the shot. Jan Henriksson charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan Henriksson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erik Tingelholm's late challenge caught a Höviksnäs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Tingelholm helped the player get up and apologised. Fredrik Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Hääger, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Jonas Hääger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fredrik Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dick Skålberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. In the 96th minute, Dick Skålberg made a precise shot to the right of Fredrik Springfält. Vinterhagens IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Vinterhagens IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
