The supporters of Gunnarn booed when Țhę Ąvąląnçhę™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Granström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match, Christian Wållander tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Robert Sundström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 19th minute, Niklas Granström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Sundström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience was convinced that Karl-Ove Fridlund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Min Banan was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Sören Björkkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gunnarn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 26 minutes, Ball Saver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Țhę Ąvąląnçhę™ and the Gunnarn players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ball Saver hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Karl-Ove Fridlund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gunnarn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Jörgen Vennerström struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Robert Sundström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Țhę Ąvąląnçhę™. Christian Wållander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Sundström having to interfere. Olov Larsson hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A collision led to Gunnarn getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Adrian Sandwall hit a great ball. Bengt Billvall hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Gunnarn. Sören Björkkvist stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Min Banan. 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sören Björkkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Gunnarn's zone, Jörgen Vennerström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Sundström came out of the goal and Jörgen Vennerström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Granström in the 55th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Țhę Ąvąląnçhę™'s goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Ove Fridlund came free, but Min Banan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niklas Granström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, one of Gunnarn:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gunnarn. After 70 played minutes Țhę Ąvąląnçhę™ got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Berggren. Min Banan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Ove Fridlund in the 72nd minute of the match. After 78 played minutes Țhę Ąvąląnçhę™ got a freekick which was hit by William Vinström. Christian Wållander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gunnarn's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sören Björkkvist in the 90th minute. After taking down the ball on Gunnarn's corner Sören Björkkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Min Banan quite easily take care of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Sören Björkkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sören Björkkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 99th minute Jonny Örn suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. William Vinström's late challenge caught a Gunnarn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. William Vinström helped the player get up and apologised. The Țhę Ąvąląnçhę™ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gunnarn's performance. The match ended with a win for Gunnarn.
