An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Örtlund in the 22nd minute of play forced Vitå's goalkeeper Harald Clementsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrik Örtlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eric Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Göran Brovall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vitå's supporters rose to their feet, but Göran Brovall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Svensson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patrik Örtlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Tony Svensson as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 75th play minute Eric Holmgren came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tony Svensson. 0-2. The supporters of Vitå booed when Kaldoyo CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Petersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Walter Hansson fired a really elegant long shot, but Tony Svensson threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post.
