After 22 played minutes Norberg got a freekick which was hit by Felix Hammarström. 25 minutes into the game, Åke Kielberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norberg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Morjärv IK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Norberg's Åke Kielberg got a free kick in the 25th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Morjärv IK's Bo Beck broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Örjan Mårtensson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Morjärv IK's Örjan Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Klemensson in the 37th minute of play. If August Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41stth minute of the game Tomas Klemensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morjärv IK's Örjan Mårtensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Klemensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Morjärv IK's Ted Stenberg got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ted Stenberg made the kick off in the second half. If August Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Norberg booed when Morjärv IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Arne Lindblom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Klemensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the game, Gabriel Kolberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A collision led to Morjärv IK getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Elliot Käcker hit a great ball. Ted Stenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Klemensson in the 86th minute of play forced Morjärv IK's goalkeeper Örjan Mårtensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th match minute, Morjärv IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Arne Lindblom to maneuver through the defense.
