Spectators: 7259 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Erik Göransson got the match started through his kick off. Klövsjö's Jonny Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Wenerdahl in the 3rd minute of play. Jonny Söderberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Aronsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Vassenius got free with André Månsson in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgar Vassenius struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. André Månsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Klövsjö. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petter Hellström in the 18th minute of play forced Klövsjö's goalkeeper Jonny Söderberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Klövsjö's Edgar Vassenius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Månsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, Åre FF's Carl Aronsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonny Söderberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 26th match minute, Åre FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Wenerdahl to maneuver through the defense. After 30 minutes, Hubert Arhenius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åre FF and the Klövsjö players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Åre FF's Hubert Arhenius got a free kick in the 30th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matthias Hasselqvist during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Matthias Hasselqvist hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. A collision led to Åre FF getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Thomas Björk hit a great ball. Jonny Söderberg came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Åre FF's Olov Wenerdahl. But to his dismay, Olov Wenerdahl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jonny Söderberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petter Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Edgar Vassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Klövsjö players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Åre FF were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olov Wenerdahl to make the kick off. Klövsjö's Jonny Söderberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Klövsjö from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, Petter Hellström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonny Söderberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Jonny Söderberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Wenerdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Edgar Vassenius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute Stefan Pååk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonny Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Olov Wenerdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Åre FF getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Hubert Arhenius hit a great ball. Petter Hellström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jonny Söderberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 80 minutes, Petter Hellström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åre FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petter Hellström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonny Söderberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stefan Pååk's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Petter Hellström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Billvall kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Klövsjö's Edgar Vassenius got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Edgar Vassenius made a precise shot to the right of André Månsson. Åre FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. The Klövsjö supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Åre FF's performance. The match ended with a win for Åre FF.
