After 25 played minutes Arholma FK got a freekick which was hit by Pär Sundström. 26 minutes into the match, Karlholmsbruk's Mikael Hermansson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 27th minute, Johnny Västerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Karlholmsbruk getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Karl Vollander hit a great ball. Patric Algren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pär Sundström hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Otto Caspersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Blomqvist having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Patric Algren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Blomqvist. Karlholmsbruk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patric Algren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Börge Allbom was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Börge Allbom in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfons Bergfeldt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Hjalmar Göransson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfons Bergfeldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Allbom in the 60th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Arholma FK got a freekick which was hit by Ture Åkerberg. After 69 played minutes Arholma FK got a freekick which was hit by Pär Sundström. After 72 played minutes Karlholmsbruk got a freekick which was hit by Karl Vollander. Karlholmsbruk's Börge Allbom got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Patric Algren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfons Bergfeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Vollander in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Börge Allbom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karlholmsbruk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Patric Algren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Blomqvist having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Börge Allbom in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfons Bergfeldt saved Arholma FK from getting behind. Many of Arholma FK's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Arholma FK may have spent more time on the ball, but Karlholmsbruk were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
