With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingvar Söder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Guldsmedshyttan's Börje Kjellman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Ingvar Söder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Sefastsson in the 32nd minute of the match. Christian Sefastsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ingvar Söder made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Börje Kjellman sent off a good shot on target. Sven-Olof Jespersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Brian Valler came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Sjövik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brian Valler couldn't finish the play. Guldsmedshyttan's Boris Beckman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Olof Jespersson in the 47th minute of play. After 47 minutes, Marko Berg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guldsmedshyttan and the Sjövik players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Sefastsson was the one to do the kick off. After 76 minutes of play, Guldsmedshyttan's Börje Kjellman made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ingvar Söder was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute, Christian Sefastsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Sjövik defense, Christian Sefastsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingvar Söder. The Sjövik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingvar Söder should have stopped the shot. Börje Kjellman struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Ingvar Söder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guldsmedshyttan. After 97 played minutes Sjövik got a freekick which was hit by Robin Bocklund. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sjövik players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Guldsmedshyttan.
