Spectators: 5500 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) David Viberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Ilsbo IF booed when The Shining was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav Gustavsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, The Shining's Albin Dahlkvist got a free kick in the 6th minute. Mats Kråk, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 11th minute, Albin Dahlkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Ilsbo IF's goalkeeper Pelle Karlstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Erik Åberg. In the 18th minute David Viberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Ingemarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Erik Åberg kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albin Dahlkvist during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albin Dahlkvist hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the game, Mats Kråk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ilsbo IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Shining the free kick. With his leg Pelle Karlstedt managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when The Shining's Einar Bure fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jan-Erik Åberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Karl-Oskar Vase managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Shining's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Oskar Vase was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pelle Karlstedt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Einar Bure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pelle Karlstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Åberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The Shining made a substitution. Richard Uggstedt replaced Agne Wallgren. The wind increased when Einar Bure made the kick off in the second half. Pelle Karlstedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Einar Bure's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. The Shining's Daniel Ingemarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Vennersten in the 58th minute of play. Adrian Stolpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Ingemarsson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ilsbo IF's Urban Grubb got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 68th minute, Ingmar Öman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 76th minute David Viberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Ingemarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Ingemarsson made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Ralf Vennersten sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Einar Bure in the 80th minute of play forced Ilsbo IF's goalkeeper Pelle Karlstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Ahlfors hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Ilsbo IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Erik Åberg came free, but Pelle Karlstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, The Shining's Daniel Ingemarsson got control of the ball when Ingmar Öman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nils-Emil Fristedt kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Ingmar Öman's late challenge caught a The Shining's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingmar Öman helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ilsbo IF's Ingmar Öman got a free kick in the 94th minute. After 96 played minutes David Viberg rounded The Shining's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. The Ilsbo IF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ilsbo IF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
