The Castillo del Rey CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hampus Bergdal should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Castillo del Rey CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ludvig Stenquist came free, but Hampus Bergdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ludvig Stenquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludvig Stenquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampus Bergdal having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Ludvig Stenquist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 42nd minute of the match, Gilbert Groth got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hampus Bergdal was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 44th minute, Ludvig Stenquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ludvig Stenquist to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludvig Stenquist in the 55th minute of play forced Castillo del Rey CF's goalkeeper Hampus Bergdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henry Fransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The PeterLynchBoys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henry Fransson should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute, Ludvig Stenquist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 2-2 became the score in the 77th minute when Gilbert Groth elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 80 minutes of play, PeterLynchBoys's Ludvig Stenquist made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hampus Bergdal was left in no man's land by his defense there! PeterLynchBoys's Gilbert Groth got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Castillo del Rey CF's Hampus Andersson got a free kick in the 87th minute. Hampus Bergdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Groth in the 95th minute of the match. Jan-Åke Örtlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PeterLynchBoys had played much better football throughout.
