Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Marko Ingvall started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, one of Hockeysnubbarnas BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hockeysnubbarnas BK. Carl Sjöberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Abrahamsson in the 12th minute. Rune Bäckström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Magnus Hellsing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Magnus Hellsing struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Rune Bäckström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hockeysnubbarnas BK. Robert Abrahamsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Carl Sjöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bo Ek kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 28thth minute of the game Karl-Magnus Hellsing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sollerön's Rune Bäckström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th minute, David Wiman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sollerön's Rune Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Magnus Hellsing in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 played minutes, Sollerön's Niclas Wahlnäs shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carl Sjöberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sollerön reached it. Marko Ingvall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 41 played minutes Sollerön got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Olof Pettersson. Karl-Magnus Hellsing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rune Bäckström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Ingvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 45 minutes, Jakob Söderman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sollerön and the Hockeysnubbarnas BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Jakob Söderman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carl Sjöberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Abrahamsson in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Niclas Wahlnäs's late challenge caught a Hockeysnubbarnas BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niclas Wahlnäs helped the player get up and apologised. Niclas Wahlnäs kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. If Robert Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 67 minutes, Ove Kvalfält managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sollerön's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ove Kvalfält was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Wiman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Carl Sjöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carl Sjöberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Abrahamsson in the 76th minute of play. Karl-Magnus Hellsing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Rune Bäckström made a huge save. In the 81st minute of the match, Marko Ingvall tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rune Bäckström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jakob Söderman kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Rune Bäckström was a little too slow when Marko Ingvall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 1-1.
