The referee showed Hubert Malmberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hubert Malmberg hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute of the match Ingvar Forssell shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ragnar Lundström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jens-Ola Kvarnström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Rosendahl in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st match minute, Nintendo CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ove Bjursell to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Kinnahult's Algot Hedkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ragnar Lundström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andreas Rosendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jens-Ola Kvarnström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Rosendahl in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens-Ola Kvarnström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Nintendo CS's Stig-Ove Dalgren in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kinnahult's goalie prevented a goal. In the 37th minute Andreas Rosendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Kvarnström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Kinnahult was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gösta Landin to maneuver through the defense. Jens-Ola Kvarnström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andreas Rosendahl's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Algot Hedkvist to make the kick off. Sigvard Asserlindh kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Andreas Rosendahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens-Ola Kvarnström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Andreas Rosendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Kvarnström having to interfere. When Kinnahult's Algot Hedkvist in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nintendo CS's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Algot Hedkvist put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ragnar Lundström. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klas Odeen during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes Kinnahult got a freekick which was hit by Klas Odeen. Algot Hedkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ragnar Lundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Nintendo CS getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jens-Ove Bjursell hit a great ball. If Algot Hedkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kinnahult's Jens-Ola Kvarnström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Kinnahult from getting a goal against them. 97 minutes into the match, Nintendo CS's Jens-Ove Bjursell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens-Ola Kvarnström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
