The referee ignored Beckomberga FF's protests and gave Per-Arne Lidman a yellow card for diving instead. Niklas Stabbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Öfverman having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Anaheim Rockers's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Stabbe came free, but Claes Öfverman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig-Ove Axelsson scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Björkdal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Beckomberga FF's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Kilman came free, but Sebastian Björkdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Kilman in the 24th minute of play forced Beckomberga FF's goalkeeper Sebastian Björkdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Claes Öfverman managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Beckomberga FF's Jan Bäcklin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With splendid footwork Jan Bäcklin arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-1 by the left pole in the game's 31st minute. A collision led to Anaheim Rockers getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Jens-Ola Wiman hit a great ball. Sebastian Björkdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Kilman in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Michel Kilman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anaheim Rockers's supporters rose to their feet, but Michel Kilman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Björkdal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 played minutes Anaheim Rockers got a freekick which was hit by Göran Lundqvist. 47 minutes into the match, Beckomberga FF's Arne Gullesson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michel Kilman to make the kick off. A collision led to Beckomberga FF getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Per-Arne Lidman hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Patric Siöman sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Beckomberga FF's Sebastian Björkdal didn't even have to move. Måns Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Michel Kilman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sebastian Björkdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claes Öfverman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Bäcklin in the 67th minute of play. If Jan Bäcklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Michel Kilman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Björkdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claes Öfverman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Stabbe in the 84th minute of play. If Michel Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stig-Ove Axelsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Sebastian Björkdal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Michel Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig-Ove Axelsson struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Sebastian Björkdal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anaheim Rockers. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
