Evolution's Fabian Grubb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Åkesson in the 13th minute of play. Evolution's Fabian Grubb proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Evolution from getting a goal against them. Nils-Erik Asklund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Grubb read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Fabian Grubb made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Kristian Svanström sent off a good shot on target. Fabian Grubb was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Olov Åkesson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. If Olov Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kristian Svanström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabian Grubb came out and tried to block the shot, but Kristian Svanström slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 26th minute. If Nils-Erik Asklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Charlie Sävström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fabian Grubb. That made the score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. Kristian Svanström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Fabian Grubb skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Evolution fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabian Grubb should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vilhelm Josefsson in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Grubb prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per-Oskar Jönsätt's late challenge caught a Low Expectations's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Per-Oskar Jönsätt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Kjell Haglund made a huge save. Fabian Grubb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Svanström in the 61st minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Kristian Svanström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Fabian Grubb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 69 minutes into the match, Evolution's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Svanström came free, but Fabian Grubb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ingvar Lång during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Low Expectations fully deserved thier win.
