Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 4 played minutes Sunne got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Malm. After a rather tough play, Brynäs kings FC's Robin Aspengren got a free kick in the 6th minute. Sunne's Charles Nässén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Erik Lindsten in the 7th minute of play. Per-Erik Lindsten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charles Nässén having to make a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Robin Flink put in a rough tackle. 12 minutes into the game, one of Sunne:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Charles Nässén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Erik Lindsten in the 19th minute of play. Per-Erik Lindsten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Charles Nässén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute of the match Robin Aspengren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charles Nässén skillfully saved the ball. Anton Lindell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Per-Erik Lindsten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Kellbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Henry Kellbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Kellbom got free with Joachim Holmberg in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per-Erik Lindsten made a kick off. Charles Nässén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Lindsten, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Sunne's Alvin Örtendal got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henry Kellbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Henry Kellbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvin Örtendal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Holmberg having to interfere. Charles Nässén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per-Erik Lindsten's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Sverker Lundström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joachim Holmberg. Brynäs kings FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kenneth Skytt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Nässén having to interfere. Henry Kellbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joachim Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Kellbom in the 76th minute of the match. Anthon Simonsson struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Joachim Holmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunne. The Sunne manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Brynäs kings FC to win.
