Pontus Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conny Svartengren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Ingarö United defense, Aron Sjö kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pontus Åkesson. The Ingarö United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pontus Åkesson should have stopped the shot. After 10 played minutes Ingarö United got a freekick which was hit by Joacim Björkman. Ingarö United's Pontus Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Sjö in the 17th minute of play. Sten Göransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jens-Ove Biörkquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thor Hegg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jens-Ove Biörkquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sten Göransson in the 30th minute. 35 minutes in the game, Sten Göransson fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jens-Ove Biörkquist having to interfere. Jens-Ove Biörkquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Hegg in the 42nd minute of play. Jens-Ove Biörkquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thor Hegg, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45th match minute, Sturefors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Hellström to maneuver through the defense. Thor Hegg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aron Sjö to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Ingarö United booed when Sturefors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Hamnberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Ove Biörkquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Hegg in the 65th minute of the match. Jens-Ove Biörkquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Göransson in the 69th minute of play. Sturefors's Jens-Ove Biörkquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Göransson in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Hegg in the 75th minute of play forced Sturefors's goalkeeper Jens-Ove Biörkquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sten Göransson came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Ingarö United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sten Göransson couldn't finish the play. After 88 minutes, Daniel Västerstrand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sturefors and the Ingarö United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th match minute, Sturefors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Västerstrand to maneuver through the defense. Aron Sjö fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Åkesson having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, Ingarö United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt Strand to maneuver through the defense. When Aron Sjö came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Sturefors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aron Sjö couldn't finish the play. Ingarö United's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
