After 6 played minutes Norra Hallsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Matthias Hedlund. 龙潮坚 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Kjellman in the 9th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Norra Hallsås IF's zone, Sven Tham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kent Hamberg came out of the goal and Sven Tham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kent Hamberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Nordin, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 龙潮坚 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Wahlnäs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Magnus Boström charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Magnus Boström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Norra Hallsås IF booed when Färila FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Magnus Boström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 龙潮坚 came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Norra Hallsås IF's Anton Wahlnäs. But to his dismay, Anton Wahlnäs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per Nordin in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kent Hamberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alf Sundén's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kent Hamberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. If Per Nordin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Norra Hallsås IF's goalkeeper Kent Hamberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th minute Per Nordin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Hamberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Sven Tham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Färila FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven Tham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per Nordin took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kent Hamberg. Kent Hamberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kent Hamberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Nordin's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Alf Sundén reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kent Hamberg. The goal made the score 1-2. When Alf Sundén came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Färila FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alf Sundén couldn't finish the play. Kent Hamberg was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Sven Tham capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sven Tham really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3.
