Per Nordin might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Allan Hafström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per Nordin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 12th minute, Alf Sundén left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Färila FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Per Nordin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Hafström having to interfere. If Sven Tham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 19 minutes, Sven Tham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Färila FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven Tham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alf Sundén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Allan Hafström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Tham in the 23rd minute of the match. Jimmie Löfgren charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alf Sundén's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Allan Hafström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 72nd minute, Sven Tham fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Allan Hafström, passed just outside the right post. 龙潮坚 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magne Högberg in the 75th minute of the match. When Alf Sundén came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Färila FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alf Sundén couldn't finish the play. 龙潮坚 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magne Högberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Färila FF played a much better game than Vessigebro and deserved their victory. The Vessigebro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
