Nguyễn Quang was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Calle Lindgren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Calle Lindgren really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Torsten Lundqvist made a great header on Leeds United FC's corner, it was just that U21 Vietnam's Nguyễn Quang managed to reach the ball for a save. U21 Vietnam's Nguyễn Quang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save U21 Vietnam from getting a goal against them.
