In the 14th minute, Jan Västlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andreas Andreasson during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joseph Johansson charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joseph Johansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abdi Abdi struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Reine Bergman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westra Aros FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdi Abdi during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Westra Aros FC booed when Sturkö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseph Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reine Bergman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdi Abdi in the 38th minute of the match. Westra Aros FC's Abdi Abdi got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Sturkö getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Folke Ahlberg hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stefan Nordström to make the kick off. In the 59th minute Abdi Abdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reine Bergman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Gert Haraldsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Magnus Wester was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 64 played minutes Sturkö got a freekick which was hit by Jan Västlund. Magnus Wester was a little too slow when Stefan Nordström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-3. Andreas Andreasson hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Westra Aros FC's goalkeeper Magnus Wester had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gert Haraldsson. After 75 minutes, Jerry Alin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Westra Aros FC and the Sturkö players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Westra Aros FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Alin. When Joseph Johansson came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Sturkö fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseph Johansson couldn't finish the play. Magnus Wester made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Gert Haraldsson sent off a good shot on target. Magnus Wester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Nordström, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
